American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position on a 28-bed Renal Med/Surg unit, requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience.

• 28-bed Renal Med/Surg Telemetry unit (3 North)
• Night shift: 18:45–07:15
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR used for charting

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA-issued only)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Driver's License required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established facility policies, procedures, and protocols
• Implements and monitors patient care plans and communicates patient condition as appropriate
• Serves as primary coordinator across disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care
• Assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team
• Navy/maroon scrubs required
