• Active ICU license
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications for ICU
• 2 current leadership references
• Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience as a RN
• Current state or equivalent compact license
• Active license at hand
