Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist who is confident, organized, and eager to take initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while also playing a critical role in driving company-wide efficiency. The Procurement Specialist will identify cost‑saving opportunities, streamline vendor relationships, and ensure we are purchasing the right items at the right price—without compromising quality or values.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchasing activities across multiple departments, ensuring timely and cost‑effective procurement
  • Represent Cornerstone Caregiving professionally in all vendor interactions
  • Evaluate existing vendor relationships and explore new opportunities for cost savings and service improvements
  • Ask the tough questions—challenge processes and vendors when necessary to ensure we’re making the best decisions and getting the best price/value for the company
  • Identify inefficiencies across the organization and propose procurement‑based solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to understand departmental needs and support strategic sourcing
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
