Waco, TX with the BHLN group. Apply today at our 2100 Orchard Lane facility.

As an Assembler, you will assemble large and heavy parts to complete units or subassemblies on machines. You will use hand tools, small power tools, and other special equipment/tooling on a regular basis. You may reassemble or rework units as required. Assembers report defects and need for repairs on mobile equipment by following safety check procedures as needed. Perform daily housekeeping functions as required.

Follow safety procedures, Standard Work Instructions and work in a safe manner.

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to perform repetitive operations
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• 6 months of work experience
• Basic computer experience
• Must be capable and willing to learn the operation and basic care of mobile equipment such as forklifts

• Parts/Product Assembly Manufacturing experience
• Mechanical ability
• Heavy equipment manufacturing experience
• Overhead hoists and/or crane experience
• Torque tool experience
• Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/Knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) of Standard Assembly Tools and their applications
• Intermediate proficiency with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work
• Flexible mindset
• Previous forklift experience

1st shift position (Mon-Thurs); 6:00AM-4:00PM. Overtime as business needs require.

$18.90 - $24.60

Includes a comprehensive full-time benefit package. No relocation assistance is available for this position. Must be able to work mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed to support business needs. Subject to plan eligibility, terms, and guidelines. This is a summary list of benefits.
