Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Assembly and Support to join our team.

To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Perform various hand operations such as applying labels to products, cutting and wrapping products, using tape dispensers, and operating foot controls involving repetitive motion.
• Pack products in boxes and tape lids shut appropriately for proper shipping while inspecting product for quality defects.
• Stack, pack, and transport printed materials in various stages of completion on pallets as they accumulate on delivery tables.
• Read and follow specific job instructions to produce orders according to specifications.
• Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines and work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, and vendors.
• Float across departments and assist where needed.
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and standards.
• Perform duties while standing for extended periods; occasional seated work may occur.

Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

• Ability to read, interpret, and understand general written instructions such as work orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, and other job-specific documents.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operate machinery and handle products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).
