Base Pay Range
$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Responsibilities- Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean work spaces in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
- Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Proven 3-5 consecutive years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production environment
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
- Skid steer experience is a plus, but not required
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen prior to starting
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
