We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Support individual who will be trained to fill all positions in a warehouse environment. The candidate will perform the physical and administrative tasks supporting the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. The role includes verifying physical part information against documentation, preparing and maintaining records of products shipped, tracking shipments, receiving incoming material, unpacking and checking goods against purchase orders and invoices.

The candidate must be able to lift heavy items and operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, scissor lifts, forklifts, etc., upon internal certification.

• Able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
• On‑call availability. Must be able to report within 1 hour
• Able to meet short‑notice travel requirements
• Able to meet short/no notice overtime requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post‑secondary/Associate’s Degree with 0‑2 years of prior related experience
• Able to work any shift and overtime when needed

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
