Join a global team that focuses on building stronger, more sustainable communities. As a product assembler, you will assemble large and heavy parts to complete units or subassemblies on machines, using hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment.

• Operate hand tools, small power tools, and other special equipment for assembly tasks.
• Reassemble or rework units as required.
• Report defects and the need for repairs on mobile equipment following safety check procedures.
• Perform daily housekeeping functions.
• Follow safety procedures, Standard Work Instructions, and work in a safe manner.

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive operations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• At least 6 months of work experience.
• Basic computer experience.

• Parts/Product Assembly manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical ability.
• Heavy equipment manufacturing experience.
• Overhead hoists and/or crane experience.
• Torque tool experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with standard assembly tools and their applications.
• Intermediate proficiency with standard operating procedures or standard work.
• Flexible mindset.

Compensation: $18.90–$24.60 per hour.

Shift &

Hours:

1st shift position (Mon‑Thurs); 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Overtime may be required on Fridays based on business needs.

Waco, TX – BAWA Group (BCP Assembly Waco Attachment)
