Responsible for operating production machinery in a high‑speed beverage manufacturing environment, maintaining production flow, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Adhere to all health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear required PPE.
• Maintain production flow on machinery by monitoring downstream and upstream issues, supplying raw materials, and performing minor servicing when needed.
• Read, understand, and adhere to production schedules; communicate issues or deviations with appropriate parties.
• Follow all Quality Assurance and Production line standard operating procedures.
• Perform equipment changeovers; read imperial and metric measurements.
• Record all necessary information for production and quality records; keep accurate downtime reports.
• Perform equipment and general sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
• Identify production or machine issues through visual and auditory cues; perform minor machine maintenance when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by leadership, including cross‑training, inventory management, and training.

• Experience in a high‑speed beverage production environment (preferred).
• Understanding of production machinery and forklift operation.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Adeptness in basic mathematical abilities.
• Skill in interpreting gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Formal training in WHMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, etc. (preferred).
• Forklift certification may be required.

• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting machinery and production issues.
• Teamwork and collaboration to achieve production targets.
• Accurate documentation of production data and paperwork.
• Safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team members and supervisors.

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

• Schedule:
  
  Weekdays, weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnight, and holidays may be required; overtime scheduled as needed.
• Environment:
  Fast‑paced production plant with moving parts, noise levels requiring hearing protection, and temperatures that can be hot or cold.

• 0% travel anticipated.
