Your Role as Maintenance Manager:- Lead a team of skilled technicians
, mechanics, electricians, ammonia techs, and support staff - Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and managing a computerized CMMS
- Be a hands‑on leader
—ready to assist during major breakdowns - Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and teamwork.
- Technical Expertise: Mechanical & electrical skills, ACDC motor experience, ammonia refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Leadership
Skills:
Proven experience managing people, motivating teams, and assigning work effectively - Preferred: PLC experience, ammonia systems knowledge
- Positive, “can‑do” attitude and willingness to work in a high‑volume, 24/6 environment.
