Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Relocation Branch Manager to lead a high‑performing team in Waco, TX. This role oversees daily terminal operations, manages staff, and drives growth in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily terminal operations for movingatau shipping services.
- Manage driver schedules, dispatch, and route efficiency.
- Ensure DOT compliance and company safety standards.
- Coordinate local and long‑distance moving jobs.
- Lead warehouse staff and logistics teams.
- Monitor KPI performance metrics and report results.
- Handle moving client escalations and resolve service issues.
- Manage equipment maintenance and vehicle inspections.
- Recruit, onboard, and train moving team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing procedures.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support client needs.
- Implement continuous process improvements.
- 3+ years of moving terminal or operations management experience.
- Previous experience in moving & relocation (HHG or commercial).
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
- Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with dispatch and logistics software.
Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr.
