The General Manager oversees all activities during the shift, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role includes cost control, inventory management, cash handling, policy enforcement, staffing, marketing, scheduling, and store presentation.

• Control costs, inventory, and cash during every shift.
• Set and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Staff scheduling, onboarding, and paperwork.
• Ensure a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage attendance/punctuality.
• Maintain store cleanliness and marketing initiatives.
• Track profitability and operational metrics.

• Operate all restaurant equipment.
• Stock ingredients and prepare products.
• Process telephone orders and manage paperwork.
• Train new team members and participate in orientation.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and phone.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
• Motor coordination and computer or touch‑screen order entry.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

• Standing for most tasks.
• Walking short distances (incl. delivery and store movement).
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lb (ingredient cases, pizza dough, etc.).
• Stairs, ladders, and occasional climbing for maintenance.
• Reaching above 72 in., bending, crouching, and squeezing tight spaces.
• Eye‑hand coordination for dough shaping, cutting, and order entry.

• Indoor temperatures 36–90 °F, with occasional abrupt changes.
• Exposure to food aromas, cornmeal dust, and hot equipment (up to 500 °F).
• Outdoor tasks may involve varying weather and footways.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliable vehicle for deliveries.
• Navigation of multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Carry pizza deliveries while walking and climbing as needed.
