• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Answer telephone and make appointments for therapy services, providing relevant information about clinic services.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
• Manage daily therapy scheduling.
• Maintain client charts, consent forms and intake forms.
• Manage new referrals and physician communication regarding patient care.
• Maintain clinic premises neat and a good working environment.
• Provide high-quality customer service with clients.
• Follow COVID sanitation practices.

• CNA license required.
• Customer Service experience.
• High school graduate or Associate’s degree.

• Must be able to multi-task and enjoy being busy.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Multi-tasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow through with tasks.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• High technical ability.
