Salary: $59,904 - $99,216 (depending on experience)

Shifts: 12-hour Day or Night shifts

As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical‑Surgical care, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare team, delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Care and Coordination:
  Consult and collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Medication Administration:
  Prepare and administer prescribed medications (orally, subcutaneously, through IV) and document accordingly. Report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments.

  Educate patients on surgical procedures and other healthcare needs.
• Medical Documentation:
  Record patients medical information and vital signs accurately and promptly.
• Clinical Assessments:
  Conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, and adjust care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Therapeutic Relationships:
  Build and maintain professional relationships with patients and families, managing discomfort and ensuring therapeutic connections.
• Care Plan Development:
  Create care plans that reflect patient values and effectively address issues. Regularly assess and document learning needs to empower patients, families, nurses, and community members with knowledge for better healthcare choices.

  Work closely with colleagues and community members to develop comprehensive care plans. Delegate tasks appropriately and follow up to ensure completion.

• Valid TX RN license
• At least 1 - 2 yrs of Med‑Surg experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work 12‑hour day or night shifts
