Salary: $59,904 - $99,216 (depending on experience)
Shifts: 12-hour Day or Night shifts

Waco, Round Rock, College Station
As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical‑Surgical care, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare team, delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Care and Coordination:
Consult and collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. - Medication Administration:
Prepare and administer prescribed medications (orally, subcutaneously, through IV) and document accordingly. Report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments. - Patient
Education:
Educate patients on surgical procedures and other healthcare needs. - Medical Documentation:
Record patients medical information and vital signs accurately and promptly. - Clinical Assessments:
Conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, and adjust care plans to achieve desired outcomes. - Therapeutic Relationships:
Build and maintain professional relationships with patients and families, managing discomfort and ensuring therapeutic connections. - Care Plan Development:
Create care plans that reflect patient values and effectively address issues. Regularly assess and document learning needs to empower patients, families, nurses, and community members with knowledge for better healthcare choices. - Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues and community members to develop comprehensive care plans. Delegate tasks appropriately and follow up to ensure completion. - Problem‑Solving:
Employ various strategies for problem‑solving with patients, families, and staff, recognizing limitations and prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery. - Professional Growth and Development:
Achieve goals through teamwork, recognize the contributions of others, commit to personal growth, and contribute to the development of peers. Demonstrate a commitment to community service.
- Valid TX RN license
- At least 1 - 2 yrs of Med‑Surg experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work 12‑hour day or night shifts
