- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant states.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing with knowledge of state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year experience in a retail pharmacy setting including prescription filling, verification, record compliance, operations, software systems and insurance.
