Physical Therapist Practice Manager Sports Clinic - $15,000 Sign On Bonus! Located just a few hours from Dallas Fort Worth, this 500 bed, non-profit hospital combines big country living with urban comforts. As the Practice Manager over the 6,000sqft Sports Clinic, this experienced Physical Therapist will coordinate between hospital staff and clinic based therapy team as the local manager while also carrying a small load of patients.

This outpatient sports clinic focuses heavily on active adult “return to sport” orthopedics and supports young athletes from more than 20 schools!

Two and a half hours from DFW;
Cost of living 20% less than US average;

• Base salary: $95,000 - $121,000
• Up to $8,000 leadership bonus
• $15,000 sign on bonus
• $34,000 loan forgiveness

• Monday – Thursday
• Half day Fridays
• No weekends
• No holidays

• 70% practicing therapist, 30% leadership
• Oversee staff of 6 PTs, 4 PTAs, and 9 techs
• Average PT sees 12 patients per day
• 1 hour treatments, dovetail scheduled, supported by 5 techs
• Support new Physical Therapist residency program
• Occasional support for Friday night football games

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
• Must be experienced in sports-based orthopedics
• Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification is a plus
