FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for Waco, TX. FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls. Our one-on-one care fosters a rewarding environment, and therapists have the flexibility to shape their schedules for a successful work-life balance.
We pioneer geriatric house calls to older adults in their communities, providing physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes with a focus on functional results.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to support patient goals and functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
- Deliver clinically excellent autonomous interventions.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs and treatment planning.
- Contribute to a supportive clinical community and ongoing patient care improvement.
- Full-time/Part-time – Salaried with benefits
- PRN/Flex – PPU (Paid Per Unit)

- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
