This is a full-time, on-site Garmin Avionics Technician role based in Waco, TX. The technician will be responsible for installing, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining Garmin avionics systems in aircraft. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, troubleshooting avionics issues, performing comprehensive maintenance and repair on electrical and aircraft systems, and ensuring compliance with FAA standards. The role requires precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems and their integration
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and perform detailed inspections
• Familiarity with Garmin avionics systems and related technologies is highly beneficial
• FAA certified aviation maintenance technician (A&P license preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment safety practices
