Camp Instructor; Ages 2-6

Job Title: Camp Instructor

Job Type: Seasonal/Part Time

Compensation: $10 to $12 per hour For spring break week (March 9-13 2026)

Each camp session at Little Land is led by two camp instructors. These instructors follow our curriculum to deliver a world-class camp experience for six to ten children each week. The camp curriculum at Little Land has been developed by pediatric therapists and childhood development experts to provide a fun, engaging and developmental experience for kids of all ages.

Our camp instructors are responsible for the safety of our campers, and spend the day having fun in our gym, dancing to music, exploring sensory art projects and more. If selected as a camp instructor, you will receive training on our programs so that you are equipped with the right skills and information for an amazing camp!

• Pediatric therapy (OT, PT, ST)
• Art Therapy
• Music Therapy
• Pre-School Teacher
• Degree in Early Childhood Education

• Be able to pass a background check prior to starting work
• Obtain and maintain active first aid and CPR certification (paid for by us)
