• Engage actively in departmental and university service.
• Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and continuous improvement.
• Advance Baylor University s Christian mission through teaching and service.
• (Strongly desired) Lead and support Finance Career Management initiatives, including student career readiness, internship placement, and industry engagement; strong professional networks and employer relationships are highly desirable.

Required Qualifications

• For Clinical Assistant Professor:
  Terminal degree (Ph.D. or DBA) in Finance or a closely related field
• For Lecturer Faculty:
  Master s degree in Finance or a closely related field, combined with substantial professional experience
• Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching and student mentorship
• Strong alignment with Baylor University s Christian mission and values

• Prior experience in academic clinical teaching
• Strong industry connections and a proven ability to engage employers and alumni in support of student career development
• Evidence of scholarly activity or sustained professional engagement
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment
