- Deliver high-impact instruction and mentorship to undergraduate Finance students.
- Engage actively in departmental and university service.
- Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and continuous improvement.
- Advance Baylor University s Christian mission through teaching and service.
- (Strongly desired) Lead and support Finance Career Management initiatives, including student career readiness, internship placement, and industry engagement; strong professional networks and employer relationships are highly desirable.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- For Clinical Assistant Professor:
Terminal degree (Ph.D. or DBA) in Finance or a closely related field - For Lecturer Faculty:
Master s degree in Finance or a closely related field, combined with substantial professional experience - Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching and student mentorship
- Strong alignment with Baylor University s Christian mission and values
- Prior experience in academic clinical teaching
- Strong industry connections and a proven ability to engage employers and alumni in support of student career development
- Evidence of scholarly activity or sustained professional engagement
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment
