Member Services Representation Mid Morning am

About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - Excel Fitness in Waco, TX, as a Member Services Representative! In this vital mid-morning role from 7am to 1pm, you'll be the friendly face of our gym, helping members achieve their fitness goals while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Greet and assist members and guests with a positive attitude.
• Manage member check-ins and provide information about gym facilities and services.
• Address and resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Promote membership sales and special promotions to potential members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
• Assist in scheduling fitness classes and personal training sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive gym experience.
• Monitor facility usage and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness concepts is preferred.
• Flexible schedule with availability during mid-morning hours.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software.
