Join Wortham Construction Roofing as a Roofing Project/Sales Manager, where you will lead exciting roofing projects while driving sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:- Manage roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project proposals and estimates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and materials.
- Oversee project timelines and schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet client needs.
- Lead sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that arise promptly.
- Proven experience in sales and or project management. Roofing or construction industry experience not required but are a positive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and teams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation techniques not required but are a positive.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willing and able to knock door to door when required.
