Senior Associate, Inventory Management-Material Coordinator

Job Location: Waco, Texas;
On-site

Job Schedule: 9/80 Alt, off every other Friday; 1st shift

The Field Unit material coordinator is responsible for the management of non-stock listed spares for Big Safari field site requirements, distribution of indicative data changes, weekly status reports, Total Authorized Quantity (TAQ) management, due-in from maintenance (DIFM) management, and overall general field site matters. The coordinator will also perform duties associated with processing requirements of the Intergated Logistics Supply (ILS-S) system.

• Able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
• Experience in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Big Safari Inventory Management System preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in team environment
• Must be available for on-call coverage. Reporting within 1 hour
• Occasional travel required – approximately 10%

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Able to work overtime when needed

• Proficient in Microsft Office Suite programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to participate in discussions with customers both internal and external regarding depot materials requirements
