Position Summary...

This position starts at $23.30 per hour, with eligibility for a $0.50 evening shift differential, as well as a $0.50 pay increase every six months for up to two years.

What you'll do...
Develops and interprets material flow control system reports in order to maintain the system and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborates with management to determine appropriate changes for continuous improvement.
Monitors the color-coded display closely and corrects logic errors in the material flow control system.
Processes or handles product (for example, realigns pallets, stabilizes loads) on the material handling system (for example, conveyor, crane, shuttle car, monorail carts) according to procedures.
Monitors the color-coded display in material flow control system to identify errors (for example, jams) and immediately directs appropriate manufacturing resources to address errors.
Clearly communicates progress and information to multiple levels of management. Determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities. Works with management to implement approved changes. Adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
