Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in the Waco area. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and facilitating debt collection efforts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining financial records, and communicating with clients to ensure timely payments.

• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing account details and accurate financial reporting
• Proficiency in Finance and Invoicing processes, with attention to detail
• Experienced in Debt Collection practices and managing outstanding balances in a professional manner
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with spreadsheets
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
• Computer Ease Construction Software knowledge is a plus.
• 3+ yrs of Accounts Receivable experience required.
