Base pay range $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Hourly Wage $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and possible premiums up to $3.00 per hour.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may be required to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Unload trucks and handle incoming freight.
• Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if required.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and other duties assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift >50 lbs and perform manual labor.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license optional.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
