Direct Hire Position With Excellent Benefits

• $1,300 Retention Bonus
• Hourly rate $21.75/hour
• Quarterly Perfect Attendance Bonus

As a Production Team Member, you will perform a variety of industrial manufacturing tasks to support the successful production of our products. Tasks include but not limited to banding ingot per customer specification, operating the ingot casting robot, driving a fork lift and transferring ingot to the banding pad, assist in maintaining furnace pump wells and bag house maintenance.

Employees wear protective equipment and work in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to follow instructions
• Reliability of attendance
• Accurately recording of weights
• Show safe work practice around the facility
• Ability to drive tow motor/forklift
