We are seeking a Full-time Intake Nurse (LPN) position for our Voorhees office in New Jersey!

• Answer phones, receives all referral and intake information.
• Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval.
• Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer.
• Check common working files for Medicare Coverage and verification of benefit period.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• Office setting that will require regular phone usage, sitting, stooping and lifting of office supplies (ex. printer paper stacks).
• The job requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other related office equipment.

Starting at $62,500

• High school graduate or GED
• LPN license
• Experience in a Home Health Care or Hospice setting preferred
• Must be computer literate and able to maintain simple records
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Must have at least 3 years of Customer service experience
• Must have at least 3 years of EMR System experience
