Job Description

Part‑Time — Every other weekend, plus 1 shift per week – 11 pm‑7:30 am

• Provide high‑quality nursing care aligned with residents’ care plans
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in condition
• Administer and document medications accurately (including narcotics)
• Respond confidently to emergencies and urgent situations
• Ensure safety and infection control standards are always met
• Maintain complete, compliant documentation
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and ongoing education
• Contribute to a positive, resident‑focused team culture

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) –
  Current NJ license
• CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (long‑term care or assisted living preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A caring, reliable team player with excellent time‑management
• Comfortable with electronic charting/computer skills
• Able to meet physical job demands and work a flexible schedule
