RN Qualifications & Responsibilities- Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
- Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physicians’ orders per resident care plans
- Monitor and assess residents’ health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations at the local, state, and federal levels
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
- Flexible scheduling – Full-time & part-time 3-11p, or Weekend only 7-3p, 3-11p, 11-7a
