This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cardiac Nurse Practitioner located in multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities in Southern NJ. The Cardiac Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with cardiovascular conditions. Daily responsibilities include performing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, collaborating with healthcare teams, and educating patients and their families about cardiac health and wellness practices.

The role entails working primarily in skilled nursing facilities, providing expert and empathetic care to patients.

• Strong background knowledge in Cardiology, Nursing, and Medicine
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with appropriate state credentials
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient education skills
• Previous experience in a cardiology or skilled nursing setting is a plus
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or related field required
