Archer & Greiner, P.C. seeks a full-time Receptionist to work in its Philadelphia office.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and a collegial work environment.
The Receptionist will welcome and greet the Firm’s clients and guests to the Philadelphia office.
This position also handles answering phones, reserving conference rooms, and visiting offices, registering guests with the building, responding to emails and other miscellaneous tasks.
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks with a high level of follow through and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Excellent telephone and communication skills;
- Professional demeanor to meet the Firm’s clients and guests;
- Proficient computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook; and
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
