We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Technical & Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) for supporting our Swiss business.
About The PositionDometic Switzerland AG stands for innovative products and solutions for mobile lifestyles. We are looking for a committed individual to join our team and provide technical and sales support.
Your Main Responsibilities- Advising customers on product-specific questions to ensure customer satisfaction (ticketing system & telephone)
- Supporting customers with technical advice on sales inquiries, processing quotations and orders
- Processing warranty claims in accordance with internal guidelines
- Carrying out and coordinating repairs to our products
- Processing returns and organizing and maintaining inventory
- Conducting technical training for dealers
- Maintaining technical documentation and FAQs
- Collaborating with internal and external partners
- Ensuring activity tracking and reporting in accordance with internal processes

A suitable background would be- Completed technical training
- Further training in the commercial field is an advantage (people currently undergoing further training are also welcome)
- Good MS Office user skills
- Very good German and English skills, French or Italian is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team

Ihre Aufgaben:- Beratung von Kunden zu produktspezifischen Fragen zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit (Ticketing-System & Telefon)
- Unterstützung der Kunden durch technische Beratung bei Verkaufsanfragen, Bearbeitung von Offerten und Aufträgen
- Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsfällen gemäss internen Richtlinien
- Durchführung und Koordination von Reparaturen unserer Produkte
- Bearbeitung von Retouren sowie Organisation und Pflege des Lagerbestands
- Durchführung technischer Schulungen für Händler
- Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und FAQs
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
- Sicherstellung der Aktivitätsnachverfolgung und Berichterstattung gemäss internen Prozessen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich von Vorteil (Personen in laufender Weiterbildung sind ebenfalls willkommen)
- Gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
