** Your key responsibilities:
*** Assessing incoming requests, asking the right questions, and initiating the necessary internal actions. For this, you regularly collaborate with departments such as Assembly, Software, Hardware, and Procurement.
* Coordinating procurement, logistics, and work preparation for all service requests.
* Identifying (commercial) opportunities to offer additional services and preparing quotations and service contracts.
* Contributing ideas and actively working on ways to further develop and improve our service. We welcome your input and give you the freedom to put your improvement ideas into practice.
* Variety and adventure are also part of this role as an Aftersales Engineer. From visiting (international) customers to traveling to our HUB in the United States for meetings or training sessions—you will have the opportunity to broaden your horizons. As a Service Coordinator, you are the main point of contact for your (international) customer accounts when it comes to service, maintenance, and repeat orders. You handle everything from A to Z: from answering technical questions to coordinating deliveries and managing service requests. You know your customers and their installations inside and out, and they know they can rely on you.

By listening carefully, thinking along with them, and taking initiative, you build long-lasting customer relationships. *** A salary between €3,400 and €5,148 per month (based on 40 hours).
* 27 vacation days and 13 additional leave days (ADV) in accordance with the Metalektro collective labor agreement.

* A fixed monthly commuting allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

** Key qualifications:
*** MBO+/HBO-level education, preferably with a technical background.
* Experience in a technical support role, such as Technical Internal Sales, Work Planner, Sales Engineer, or Service Coordinator.
* Excellent command of Dutch and English for communication with both international customers and colleagues.
* You are decisive, proactive, and customer-oriented.
