The Cabinet Refacing Service Technician is responsible for completing cabinet refacing installations, service repairs, and punch-list items with precision and professionalism. This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on carpentry skills, and the ability to work independently in customers’ homes.

• Perform cabinet refacing installations, adjustments, and service repairs
• Install doors, drawer fronts, panels, hardware, and trim
• Troubleshoot and correct installation or product issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal teams
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and timelines
• Accurately document completed work and service notes

• 2+ years of experience in cabinet refacing, cabinetry, carpentry, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

• Experience in in-home remodeling or service work
• Knowledge of cabinet refacing systems and materials
• Ability to perform light finish or touch-up work
