HVAC Installation Technician

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for some Hungry HVAC Installation Technicians with 3-5+ years experience to join our team! This role consists of Custom Installations and retrofits for systems in Commercial and Residential establishments for T&A commercial remodels for store front, medical, and offices spaces as well as custom homes and retrofits.

• Installation & Retrofit of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems with high efficiency units, multi zone mini splits, VRFs, Pkg units, custom home retrofits, and new construction.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and customer engagement
• Perform full installation and start up procedures in a timely manner while performing quality installation practices.
• Keep track of materials and vehicle stock to keep top performance on all jobs
• Work as one team with other team members to keep a great culture in our work spaces
• Have some or good knowledge of basic installation practices, airflow, refrigerant systems, and some trouble shooting knowledge to work together with tech support to complete jobs.

• Past experience as an HVAC Installation technician or comparable education
• Valid Drivers License
• able to pass a background check
• EPA Certification Universal
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
