Apprentice Foundation Crawlspace Repair

Apprentice for Foundation Crawlspace Repair s full-time Construction Laborer - Apprentice position focuses on foundation underpinning and crawlspace repair. Salary ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, DOE, with incentives that can bring total compensation to approximately $50k-$60k+ per year.

• Must be willing to work in confined spaces and trenches
• Load and off-load materials, tools, and equipment on/off the company truck for each job
• Travel to the customer's home to install the job
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times
• Use heavy power tools and hand tools at the job site
• Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods
• Work at a steady, quality-focused pace to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• When requested by the foreman, communicate with customers to ensure their understanding and satisfaction

• Construction experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in trenching, excavating, push/helical piers, concrete work, seismic retrofit, post and pad replacement, sump pumps, encapsulation, and/or drainage is preferred
• MUST have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely lift 60+ lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Regular and punctual attendance at job locations
• Ability to work overtime if needed

Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. DOE + Incentive; approximate annual compensation $50K-$60K+ per year.
