We are looking for some Hungry HVAC Installation Technicians with 3-5+ years experience to join our team! This role consists of Custom Installations and retrofits for systems in Commercial and Residential establishments for T&A commercial remodels for store front, medical, and offices spaces as well as custom homes and retrofits.
If you have past experience as an HVAC Installation technician and hold an EPA certification, is a team player who is comfortable working independently as well as on a good team, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with quality & efficiency, have a positive attitude about ongoing training and want to learn, if that is you then we want to hire you!

- Installation & Retrofit of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems with high efficiency units, multi zone mini splits, VRFs, Pkg units, custom home retrofits, and new construction.
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and customer engagement
- Perform full installation and start up procedures in a timely manner while performing quality installation practices.
- Keep track of materials and vehicle stock to keep top performance on all jobs
- Work as one team with other team members to keep a great culture in our work spaces
- Have some or good knowledge of basic installation practices, airflow, refrigerant systems, and some troubleshooting knowledge to work together with tech support to complete jobs.
- Past experience as an HVAC Installation technician or comparable education
- Valid Drivers License
- able to pass a background check
- EPA Certification Universal
- Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
