Job Summary
We are seeking a Chemist with a solid foundation in organic chemistry and analytical techniques to support reaction development, synthesis, and characterization activities in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting ongoing development and manufacturing programs through routine laboratory work, data generation, and documentation.

- Perform organic synthesis and routine reaction work
- Support reaction monitoring and optimization activities
- Execute standard work-up procedures, including extraction, washing, filtration, and drying
- Assist with the purification and isolation of compounds using recrystallization, column chromatography, and distillation
- Support analytical testing and characterization using: HPLC, Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Gas Chromatography–Flame Ionization Detector (GC-FID)
- Handle moisture-sensitive compounds using appropriate drying methodologies
- Support raw material and intermediate testing
- Accurately record experimental data in laboratory notebooks and contribute to technical reports
- Follow GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
- 2–4 years of relevant industry experience in pharma or biotech
- Master’s degree in Chemistry
- Basic, organic, and analytical chemistry
- Organic synthesis and reaction chemistry
- Common laboratory and purification techniques
- Hands-on experience with chromatographic and analytical tools
- Pharma or biotech industry experience
- Familiarity with GMP-regulated laboratory environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
