Regional Sales Manager – Watkins Wellness
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team.
OverviewAs a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Watkins Wellness, you will provide consultative support to our dealer customers within a designated territory. You will offer sales and marketing training to maximize their efforts as a spa/Sauna retailer and proactively sell Watkins Wellness’ spa/Saunas and accessory products through our dealer channel. You will have a direct impact on the sales of our leading spa, saunas and aquatic fitness products such as Hot Spring® Spas, Caldera® Spas, Endless Pools® and Tylo Saunas.
Assigned region:
Upstate New York, Eastern Ohio, Central/Western Pennsylvania.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with dealer customers, providing consistent value through product and sales training, business partnering, dealer visits, effective communication, and systematic follow‑up.
- Provide sales and marketing training on a regular basis to existing dealers to help build capabilities and increase product knowledge to drive overall business performance.
- Meet annual sales targets and drive sales for various product categories.
- Ensure sales and marketing programs are implemented throughout the assigned region, coordinating with corporate Sales, Marketing, Dealer Support and other internal staff.
- Problem‑solve with dealer customers and internal teams regarding delivery, technical problems, business challenges, product concerns, supply chain delays, etc.
- Manage territory by planning dealer visits, route loops, preparing meeting agendas, and providing regular updates to the Sales team and management. Maintain accurate records and submit required expense and status reports.
- Represent Watkins Wellness at trade shows, conferences, promotional events and other external engagements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Five years of wholesale and retail sales experience, preferred in consumer products, independent retailers, B2B channels; pool and spa industry experience a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, motivating others, increasing revenues, working as a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, preparing reports, presentations, charts and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work in a team environment.
- Willing and able to travel approximately 110 days and nights per year.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
