Store Support associates are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. They may direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer customer questions on product order status, handle cash management or program compliance, and support key operational responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
