The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will help guide our customers on their beauty journey. We provide training to build your knowledge, while your passion and personality will drive the experience.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to suit everyone’s needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It may include exposure to irritant chemicals and working around moving parts or machines.
