Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

$10,000 Sign On Bonus
Shift: 3x12-hour shifts, including every other weekend rotation
Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Positions: Full-Time

Are you ready to make a difference where it matters most? As a Night Shift Registered Nurse at Blueridge Vista Behavioral Hospital, you'll provide essential care to patients when they need it most. Your expertise and compassion will ensure patients receive exceptional care while working through their behavioral health treatment.

Comprehensive Care: Perform thorough nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver empathetic, high-quality care throughout the night.

• Leadership: Supervise and support the night shift MHT team, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations during your shift.
• Vigilant Monitoring: Detect and address changes in patient conditions promptly, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Medication & Protocols: Administer medications accurately and follow detox protocols, adhering to hospital standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program or hold relevant state licensure.
• License: Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• New Graduate RNs are welcome to apply!
