Join our team as a Hand Finisher, where you'll be responsible for finishing various fabricated sheet metal parts. This role involves deburring, grinding, and polishing to precise specifications using hand-held sheet metal finishing tools.

• Deburr, grind, and polish fabricated sheet metal parts.
• Use hand-held sheet metal finishing tools effectively.
• Meet specified finishing standards and quality requirements.

• Experience with hand-held/power tools such as power hand grinders, power sanders, and hand files.
• 6+ months of general mechanical experience.
• Strong hand/eye coordination.
• Good math and reading skills to learn precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and read blueprints, dimensional diagrams, or work travelers.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

• Experience with grinding, deburring, and finishing of sheet metal parts is a bonus but not required.

You will work in a large production building with a mix of old and new equipment. The environment is industrial and may be dirty, with heavy lifting and laborious work involved.
