Shifts Home Care Aide

Hourly Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour.

Shift: AM/PM/NOC, 12‑hour shifts.

Carlsbad, Vista, San Diego North County.

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non‑medical home care services to the elderly and disabled, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more
• Hourly and 24/7 Care
• Light housekeeping and organization

• Experience helping with activities of daily living
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Certifications preferred but not required (CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED)
• Ability to drive client in personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access

• Hourly rate $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more
• Weekly payments
• Flexible schedule: full‑time or part‑time, based on availability and travel preferences
• Holiday pay: time and a half
