Job Description Summary

This role requires strong technical expertise in project controls, a deep understanding of data centre construction sequencing, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive in identifying risks, and capable of providing clear, data-driven insights to support timely decision-making and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within approved timelines.

About the Role:
  • Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules for data centre construction using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
  • Coordinate with design, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule alignment and milestone achievement.
  • Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, progress updates, and risk analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support change management by assessing schedule impacts of design changes, variations, and unforeseen site conditions.
About You:
  • Bachelorâ™s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8â“12 years of experience in project planning/programming, with proven exposure to data centre or large-scale MEP-intensive projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of data centre construction sequencing, including civil, MEP, and commissioning phases.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
