Customer Service Rep

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in Vista, California. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assisting customers with product or service-related questions and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Maintaining accurate and updated customer records in the system.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service delivery.
• Adapting to various customer situations and finding suitable solutions to meet their needs.
• Ensuring all interactions align with company standards and policies.
• Providing feedback to management for process improvement and enhanced customer experience.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time position with standard work hours, Monday to Friday.

Salary Range: $19 - $21 per hour
