Sr. Dealer Support Clerk

Customer Service

We are seeking a Sr. Dealer Support Clerk to join our Customer Service team.

• Provide clerical support to Dealer Support Representatives and dealer customers, responding quickly and accurately to phone calls and emails.
• Assist with order and shipment processes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with dealer customers, providing status updates and notifying them of back‑orders.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
• Maintain dealer files by region and locate information when requested by representatives or management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks successfully.
• Ability to present information clearly in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
• Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Solid data entry skills.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette, articulating information professionally.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Hiring Range: $15.70 - $24.60 (actual compensation depends on experience, education, skills, location).
