Part-time Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and personable Part‑time Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in California. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and candidates, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, answering, screening, and directing them as needed.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Perform data entry, update databases, and maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
• Draft, proofread, and send correspondence, memos, and reports.
• Assist with general office tasks like photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
