Community Interface Services is seeking a dedicated, flexible person to join our Community Living program as an Office Program Assistant! This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse clientele, play a key role in operations, and contribute to the independence of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Who We AreCommunity Interface Services is a non-profit organization that has empowered adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1983. Our mission is to provide quality, individualized, community-based support and training in employment, housing, community living, and other related services.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Office Program Assistant, you will provide administrative support through updating staff schedules, reviewing reports, supporting the program coordinators in documentation, and communicating with the internal team for any coverage needs. You may also support the program in the field, covering clients in the event staff are not available for the shift. Community Living works with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to support them within their homes and help foster independence.
The field work will take you to the client's home or community, where you will assist in developing independence and building resources. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure needs are met, and the program is running efficiently and provide customer service to clients and external stakeholders through phone or email communication.

We are seeking a candidate who can meet the following requirements:
- Solid work history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform administrative tasks (e.g., phones, filing, document processing) with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma required, some college preferred
- Flexible Availability, with willingness to provide direct service as needed.
